The northeast Pennsylvania chapter of the Friends of the National Rifle Association (NRA) will host its 22nd annual fundraising banquet on Saturday, March 29, at 5 p.m. at Genetti Manor, 1505 N. Main Ave., Dickson City. This year’s banquet will include a three-entree family-style dinner, open bar, live and silent auctions, bucket drawings and door prizes. Tickets are $45; $85 for couples and $25 for anyone younger than 21 years old.
The NRA Foundation annually allocates half of all net proceeds from the banquet for use at the national level and the other half goes back into the state in which it was raised, including grants to high school shooting teams and youth clubs to purchase firearms, ammunition and uniforms. For tickets or for more information, call Carl Mozeleski at 570-587-2662 or e-mail him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
